Third Coast Videos, LLC (hereinafter referred to as Third Coast Videos) records, but does not live stream, entertainment events such as bands, musicians, festivals, and private events including weddings, graduations, etc. Third Coast Videos wants your video project to be an exciting and fun event and a complete success!! We make every effort to assure that our equipment is charged, set, mounted, and ready to go at production time. However, we cannot be responsible for situations or conditions beyond our control which can include but are not limited to venue internet interruptions, traffic jams, weather conditions, factors under the control of other individuals or establishments, or any other cause or situation which could or would preclude or prevent the successful completion of your video project.

We further notify you that if you view your event as a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence and may be inclined to attach significant personal value to your recorded video of a personal or family event such as a wedding, graduation, recital, etc., and you feel you just can’t risk the possibility of the video NOT being in your family library, then we absolutely recommend, insist, and strongly encourage you to locate and contract the services of a professional, commercial videographer and/or photographer. This, of course, would likely be at a substantially higher cost to you. Third Coast Videos does not represent itself as a professional hi-end videographer and will not be responsible for video loss, quality issues, or interruption resulting in lost personal or sentimental value. The client understands that these recorded videos are created and presented solely for entertainment/enjoyment value and are intended to be for public or private viewing via electronic media. Additionally, Third Coast Videos reserves the right to include all or part of any audio or video recorded in the public domain as promotional or advertising material on thirdcoastmusic.com or in any other media controlled or not controlled by Third Coast Videos, LLC and/or Third Coast Music, LLC.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY – Should ANY situation arise that would prevent Third Coast Videos from completing a video assignment, you agree that by using our site and services that Third Coast Videos’ and Third Coast Music’s total and complete liability will be limited to refund of your purchase price, minus expenses incurred on your behalf, if any.

Responses to E-mail Inquiries. When you send E-mail inquiries to ThirdCoastMusic.com, the return E-mail address is used to answer the E-mail inquiry. ThirdCoastMusic.com does not use the return E-mail address for any other purpose and except as stated in this Privacy Policy does not share the return E-mail address with any third party.

We encourage you to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you.
